Hello people this is a review of the ROUNDABOUT THEATRE company.

Recently I was cleaning and came across some unused tickets from their shows. I've heard from many sources that they have amazing customer service. I felt hopeful that these tickets wouldn't have gone to waste for nothing and I'd have new tickets!

The day it all fell apart.

I contacted the theatre company saying my story and I said I'd like HAMILTON tickets to replace my unused tickets. Their responses had very large words I didn't understand. Finally they asked me to stop contacting them. I figured that meant my HAMILTON tickets were waiting for me at the box office.

I'm excited. I get my nurse to strap me into my motorized wheelchair so I can start my trip to the theatre. I suffer from severe laziness and medically I can't walk.

There's the theatre. Three people carry me up, one was cute - but that's another story. I drive up to will call and say "picking up its under guest of roundabout!". I'm laughed at. There's no ticket. I was mortified. I'd think twice about doing business with them.

Happy Holidays. Meow

How would roundabout have control of Hamilton tickets. They aren't the producer.

I thought there was no way to contact a box office directly. How did you do it?

It truly astounds me that every time someone posts a joking/trolling thread like this, there's at least one person who thinks it's serious. I mean, I know this is the internet and it's not as easy to convey tone, but wow, still. Truly astounding.

It certainly seems like a failed attempt at humor. But I could see someone mistaking it for mental instability.

In hindsight I did laugh a lot while reading it. I guess it is.

This is really a great example of why comedy should be left to the professionals.
