There used to be a website that had a list of cast recordings that are still only available in lp form  Can't find it now.  What are some cast albums that we still need on CD or digital format?

My big one is "Don't Bother Me I Can't Cope".  Have it on record but would love a great remaster.  Also, Donnybrook is available digitally but I don't think it's remastered well and isn't even an official release. So much has been released on CD now that I can't remember any others still missing, but am drawing a blank.

The number of Broadway albums that still haven't been released on CD really is dwindling. There are still a ton of Off-Broadway ones that languish unheard my so many though.

Of course there are also a lot of Broadway titles that while they were released are now out of print and impossible to find (at least for a reasonable price).

In terms of your actual question WAIT A MINIM and your previously mentioned DON'T BOTHER ME... are two that immediately come to mind. The latter is a really great score too. Maybe Encores Off-Center could pick it up and create enough hype for a reissue.

i think the term "cast albums" is used also...there is a castalbums.org, after all.

Despite the fact that recordings haven't been sold in actual albums in six decades the term is still engrained in the lexicon and I don't think it's any less acceptable than recording (though technically incorrect).
