I love Daniel Radcliffe, but I'd be fine to see this show with anyone in the cast. It sounds like such a cool premise. I keep looking at the website and tickets are going fast. I guess my hesitation means I can't really afford the $95 tix...
Previews start tonight!!! This is the most interesting thing on my summer theater calander
I have my ticket for tomorrow night! Can't wait to hear people's (SPOILER FREE) reactions
A friend of mine was wondering if there will be any sort of rush option for this show besides the student tickets which are sold out (apparently there is no Free First Preview)

I'm curious. Where did you find student tickets? I've been trying to get tickets and the website said tickets were not for sale, and I did not see an option for student tickets.

The way it works is that The Public will theoretically sell $30-$35 tickets to students in person at the box office to any of their shows, not just the day of, but for advanced dates. However, they don't hold aside tickets for students. So for a show like Privacy, which sells out immediately, there were essentially no student tickets available. The first day that tickets went on sale, all the tickets sold out online before the box office even opened. A few people reported buying student tickets later in the day after some cancellation tickets became available, but at this point, you can't buy student tickets at all.
I was Abel to get two for $30 for the end of the run in addition to my member ticket for tomorrow night. Both are really good seats in row L
what surprised me is that they hand you the student tickets immediately after purchasing them as apposed to making the will call only like Roundabout and Lincoln Center
Oh yes! I forgot about the extension. I won't be in New York during the extension dates so it wasn't on my radar. Yes, I imagine it wasn't as difficult to get Student tickets for those dates, but they are all sold out now.
How can WHO sits in the seat have any effect whatsoever -- interactive or not?
As far as reliability? USUALLY Stub Hub is quite reliable, but the bigger demand for any ticket, the bigger chance of something being amiss. (albeit, I would suspect the odds being pretty high at being legit.)
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

I thought maybe you had to provide a cell phone number or something so they would be able to interact with you...I don't know what the interactive part is just that you're asked to leave your cell phones on.

Ah, yes....but I'm sure that happens at the show, not thru ticket purchase. But I'm sure we'll hear more tonight/tomorrow. For example....if I buy 4 tickets, how would they get my guests numbers?
