I've noticed on both the cast recording and on the GMA performance of "Stick it to the Man" the entire song is sung without the key change at the end right after Dewey's "There's no way you can stop...". Is this how it's normally sung in the show now? In videos I've seen from the Gramercy tryout and in one of the promotional trailers they include the key change (which I think sounds much more vibrant and triumphant). Could someone clarify this?
I can't answer bc I don't even remember that line in the song. But, I thought it was at the end of You're in the Band after the name is picked. But I'm not good with details.
Thanks for the input, guys!! I think I should probably re-phrase the question. I'm not questioning whether that line in particular is done in a different key, but the final chorus of the song after this line.
