George Lucas Museum Chicago, Backfired

This is probably the saddest event in chicago history.(lol, in my 17 year history). It sucks and it's idiotic that a group of people would rather have a parking lot on a piece of land which could house a beautiful and energy efficient MUSEUM(we need more of these than parking lots people!). There has to be bribes going into the friends of the parks organization from condo developers or the Bears. Bribes in politics? Well I never. NY has its fair share in that department. The  sheer number of big old theaters Chicago lost over the years is mind boggling.They had some of the most beautiful ever constructed.At least in the loop you still have 2. In NYC, you have zilch.

The Loop has five: Chicago, Auditorium, Oriental, Palace, Schubert (aka PrivateBank).

Did not remember Auditorium,Palace & Schubert were in the loop. If so, I stand corrected. You lost a lot in the loop like the United Artists, Roosevelt,McVickers & State Lake.
