Heathers: The Musical Female Audition Song

Hey Broadway World people! I'm looking for some advice on audition songs I could use for Heathers the Musical that is not from the show. The audition form said it must be a Contemporary song from a musical so I immediately think 'Pulled' from the Addams Family, however the more I thought about it the more I realized it would most likely be way over done as it is a very popular, belty, contemporary song. Does anyone here have any ideas as to what Audition song for a Mezzo Soprano with a belt such as my self? Any songs, shows, or ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you guys so much!

I would say any pop musical theatre song would work. Possibly something from the musical Bare, even Hairspray would work.
