I'm not old enough to say that I haven't had a good anything in 30 years, but it seems like forever since I've eaten at a decent Chinese buffet.

The round knish is an absurdity, people who eat round knishes probly use yellow mustard, freaks.

but but but - Yonah Shimmel's, the famous knish bakery in NY since 1910, serves the round ones. The round ones are the only kind I've had! Where do you get a different shape?

You poor thing, just like my stepdaughter.  A square knish has crunchy corners that are essential.
