ESPN Fires Schilling Over NC Anti LGBT Law

I apologize in advance but I think this higher profile issue warrants its' own post.

ESPN has fired baseball commentator Curt Schilling over his remarks and posts regarding the North Carolina Anti-LGBT laws. He has repeatedly made disparaging tweets and comments prior to this incident. This link is from todays' People blog that includes his smarmy excuse and less than apologetic point of view.

Schilling has a history of "questionable" behavior. 

Just ask the state of Rhode Island.
