I'm hooked.  It's like a mix of the best parts of DEXTER and TRUEBLOOD. And Barbara Hershey is a delight to watch as Ann Rutledge.  Link...

What a double header. Bates and Damien

Critics crucified it but I am loving every twisted minute of it. Hope it gets renewed. Ditto re Hershey.

Among new shows, liked this & Lucifer and the underrated and now cancelled Second Chance. Glad Lucifer has been renewed.

This show is amazing!  I never saw The Movie, but I have twice had nightmares after watching this! Damien is hunky!

Mr Roxy,  I enjoy Lucifer as well! The chemistry between two leads is as good as any on TV!

Thanks for for pm on Bates. To better understand Damien, get the original Omen on Netflix. It was the 1970's . You can skip the 2 sequels ,1 prequel and the remake of the movie.

I gave up halfway through the first episode.   The plot was all over the place and trying way too hard to be something more relevant than its source (and subsequent franchise).  Omen 1 and 3 were the best of the lot and 2 is fun just to see a younger Sam Neill.

Mister Matt, the 1st episode was a bit jarring but it gets much better quickly.  I was oddly curious to discover how the creative team would ever squeeze more juice out of the nearly shriveled source material.  In episode 6 the series takes on a life of its own in a very clever way.  You're the first person I know of who has damned Omen 2 with faint praiselaugh
