Help me decide, please!

I live in CA. I applied to 10+ Musical Theater schools. I was accepted into NYU Tisch - my DREAM school, but I can't afford it, even with the financial aid they gave me :"( I was also accepted into Rider University, in NJ into the MT program, alot less $ than NYU but still a good amount of $ and I really struggle with going into debt with knowing that my career of choice is extremely competitive and has a very high UN-employment rate. My hearts desire/passion is to be on Broadway and live in NY. University of California of Irvine accepted me into the Drama Department and I would have to audition to get into the MT program - which is the same for Cal State Fullerton. Both of those schools are more affordable. Any thoughts, recent personal experiences with University of California or Cal State Fullerton MT programs ? I hate not having enough $ to go to NYU , but it is what is it!  I don't want to be afraid to go for it at Rider either because of the$.  I know that what is most important is the training and i know i will work hard and do my best wherever I go.  I just want to make sure I am getting the best return on my investment that I can.   iwil ahve to take out loans no matter what.
