'My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2'

Today I went to see "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2" and was pleasantly entertained.  It was really nice seeing everyone from the first film (and I do mean everyone!).  The story and writing were very much of the same pace and quality of the original film.  There were some plotline surprises and laugh-out-loud scenes with the always funny Andrea Martin.  The end of the film kinda sets things up for another sequel.  Hopefully next time they won't wait another 14 years.  Opa!

I saw it yesterday also.  I loved the first movie.  Found it to be so charming and lovable. The sequel I enjoyed, but not as much as the first movie.  I found the plot lines (for what they were) trying to hard to make us laugh.  Sometimes Nina succeeded, sometimes she did not.  It was great to see all of the cast back.  The women looked great especially Nina.  I always love Andrea Martin and Lainie Kazan.  Some of the men not  so much.  The brother, in the first, (can't remember his name) was so hot.  In this, not so much.  Joey Fatone didn't look bad, but has packed on some considerable weight.  If you loved the first movie, you will enjoy this.  I just don't think it will be the huge success that the first film was.
