Has anyone heard anything about a cast album being produced? It's such a great cast and it would be a same to see it not be preserved for future listeners.

I sure hope we get one. Roundabout has had a pretty good track record for recording their revivals in these past few years.

With the reviews its gotten I doubt they won't record it. But the thing is I want it in my iTunes now. Get on it, producers!

I saw the matinee 4/16, and when the cast came out to collect for BC/EFA afterwards, I happened to walk past where Gavin Creel was standing with his bucket. I jokingly asked him how much I had to donate to get them to record the show, and he said that it was happening, which made me very happy. So glad to see official confirmation of that now.

Last night, I spoke to Jim Walton and asked if he knew when the release date was. He said he heard it would be available digitally next week. We both agreed that sounded a bit strange, but he said that's what he had heard. So we'll see, I guess...
