Any word on rush for this? Might be a good day to catch a first preview!

What was the running time off-Broadway?

Going on Thursday night, got my ticket through TDF. Very excited, I missed it off-Broadway.

surprised they didn't cancel their first preview today due to the weather.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Speaking of The Humans, which I loved, I noticed that they've changed their logo from the spiral staircase to a drawing of a street in Chinatown. Not sure-think I like the original better. New one is kind of blunt where the original is left open to interpretation.

Would love to see this if there's a student rush policy.

I don't really understand the intense need to get people's reports on this production. Do you think it's really that different from the one that just closed not that long ago?

I can't imagine anything has changed. The set isn't going to suddenly fly out in the audience or anything. It was great off-Broadway. I'm sure it'll be just as great on Broadway. Go check it out.

I think the only differences would be how it plays in a Broadway house as well as how well the actors have gotten into their roles.

Even "how it plays in a Broadway house" won't be much different. The Pels seats 424, the Hayes is 597.

I saw the 1st Preview Off-Broadway and was taken then about how tight these actors were already. The family dynamics were all there.

It was definitely good, a little draggy at times and slow...the ending was good, but again, dragged out a bit too much.

OK, that's a review of the play, not the Broadway production. So not really helpful.

Yes, *I'm* the fool who doesn't read a thread before posting a comment, and doesn't know the difference between the play itself and the production.

Hey there, long time listener here, first time caller.

I saw the production's first preview on Sunday. I loved it. Beautifully acted, brutal, funny, heart shifting stuff. Obviously having opened so close to their off-broadway closing the work was solid, no hesitations, relaxed and detailed. Jayne Houdyshell is particularly fantastic. The real heartbreaker for me was Cassie Beck as Aimee, such a fine, quiet study of resilience and loss. The final few almost silent minutes of the play were ruined by a talker next to me who was keen to get out of the theatre and kept saying "that's it, the end". And stood up to put his coat on before the play had finished. But otherwise a slow burn must see. Courageous performances. I sat in row E of the mezzanine, great seat, particularly as the set is two stories I felt I could take the whole picture in but remain connected to the performers.

A beauty.

It's such a quite play, I just wonder if it will find an audience. If something like Hand to God struggled, I don't know.

I by no means think it's the highlight of the year, but I really enjoyed it off Broadway.

I am so excited to see this on Thursday. Seems right up my alley. With this, Hamilton and Noises Off, it seems like it will be a great two days in the city for me.
