Help finding a place to read/purchase a play?

I'm looking to read or purchase "My New Best Friend, or Six Degrees of Sevrin Stein" by Brooke Berman. My Acting 1 teacher introduced me to a monologue from the play that he had, and I loved it. I'd like to read the play, as well as get a better understanding of the character to maybe keep the monologue (or find another from the play) for auditions.
Searching online, I couldn't seem to find anywhere to read it. I'm happy to spend money and purchase it, but I couldn't find that either! No books, scripts, etc. Could anyone help me? I started thinking maybe it is just not available at all for some reason, but my teacher had the monologue, and I can't find even that online. It has to exist somewhere.
