I'm going with my dad and sister to see the Wolf Hall marathon for Father's Day- does anyone have any suggestions for a good place to grab dinner between the shows? As far as cuisine goes, pretty much anything works. I'm mostly just looking for something fairly inexpensive (at least for the area) that has good food.

There's apparently a Wolf Hall special at the Rock Center Cafe. I didn't take advantage of that, but it sounds like fun and you could look into it. I went to Toloache between shows. It's located on West 50th. Very good Mexican food, but not particularly cheap. For something a bit more budget friendly, there's a very nice and large outpost of Le Pain Quotidien on West 50th between Sixth and Seventh. They offer a 10% discount if you show a theater ticket!
Doesn't Wolf Hall have a dinner break? Exactly how does that work? Are actors paid as they are performing one show or two?

Part I and Part II each have distinct starting times, so you'd have as much time as you would on any two show day.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

Emmett O'Lunney's on 50th Street between Broadway and 8th, across the street and around the corner from the Winter Garden, is a solid favorite. Good, basic food with not a lot of pretension and reasonable prices. Plus they supplied Hugh Jackman's sea trout every day for THE RIVER at Circle in the Square, so plaudits for that!
If you're looking to get away from the Broadway/Times Square craziness, I like Brickyard on 9th and 52nd. It's not crazy expensive, and the food is really good.
