Yes, that was baby Lady Bunny introducing Lypsinka. She was the organizer and hostess. People called it "Lady Bunny's Wigstock."

I love that.  It's not her fault Mrs. Miller was avant-garde in her chorus placement vis a vis the background music and singers.

Durante's comedy chops are FLAWLESS in that clip and Mrs. Miller looks like Roseanne when she's laughing at the end.
