Upon request from several fellow Deaf theatergoers and sign language interpreters, I started an ASL Deconstruction Series feature on my blog. So far, I have explored various phrases such as "Do-Re-Mi" from The Sound of Music (no ASL equivalent for the solfege notes), "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" from Mary Poppins (it's a made up word with no official sign), and now the most recent one looking at both "Seasons of Love" and the recurring phrase of "No day but today" from Rent

I've got several more requests lined up ("Defying Gravity" from Wicked, especially the last verse and the phrase itself; "Hakuna Matata" from The Lion King; and select lines from "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Miserables and "The Rain in Spain" from My Fair Lady). I'm spreading out and seeing what requests I might get here to add to that list. So I'm opening up here - throw them at me!
