How does it work when one of the nominators is eligible in a particular category? For instance, Ann Hould-Ward was eligible for her wonderful costumes in The Visit.

Nominators are chosen in equal numbers by the League and the Wing, with an additional member selected by four unions. The latter are invariably officials of the unions whereas the former are not necessarily directly associated with the two groups. In terms of getting chosen, it falls in the "don't call us, we'll call you" category, and the only advice would be to distinguish yourself in your career related to the theatre.
