Damn is this album spectacular.  I know we were supposed to be on board with critical darling Lamar since his first album, but I never got the hype.  Until I heard this new album.  This is just undeniable.  Not that it feels one bit derivative, but 'To Pimp a Butterfly' feels like, perhaps, something Tupac would have eventually made had he lived longer.

I haven't really listened to any new hip hop - other than the occasional Kanye - in a few years.  What else am I missing??
