Fully staffed at our tiny office. The social media policy was actually accepted without rancor.
Seems like it is going to be a rainy weekend.
Mooney - HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!
C17 should just be finishing an AP exam now! PRAY!!!!
Thanks, Brd!
All of Hubby's students had their AP exam this morning. Due to all our snow closures this winter he ran really far behind on covering the material. He's had 2 hour classes every Sunday and ran review sessions every night this week. Last night he fed them dinner during their 5:30pm - 10:30pm marathon class. He's still not sure they're very well prepared.

That is so nice of him! C17 is ABSOLUTELY not prepared. His level of effort this semester - 70%. There is no possible way that he will pass the AP Bio test on Monday! ![]()
Monday. Again. Bleh.

'Morning!
Gray and dreary day here. I couldn't sleep after watching OUAT and Revenge last night, so I'll need a nap around 2:00pm.
I have 6 episodes to watch and only the first hour of last night's, so I'll have to watch the second hour On Demand or on line. I went to switch something last night and I hit the stop record button by mistake, and the dumb thing wouldn't let me start recording it again. Stupid technology.

Happy Monday Adults. Back from Pismo, and now taking a day off to recover. I hope you all are doing well!
EDIT: You know I am tried when "I hope you all" is typed "I all"...
I all? Is that the first person form of "you all"?
Sunny but steamy here now. I was thinking of going for a walk around the campus at lunch. Not gonna happen today. Nor tomorrow.

Rain all weekend - but flowers plants and yards are thriving.
Nice Mothers' Day! Brunch at friends then later dinner at new restaurant. Good food and service.
Mooney - AP Bio today! To him, smooth sailing after this test. Many seniors are in his history and bio - so not much work for rest of year. And, he has a parking pass starting Monday! So scary that in a year I will have 1. no kids in high school or grammar and 2. no kids in Catholic school. 18 years later!

Dinner with college friend and the kids. He lived with us 18 years ago and has been there for the kids since day one! Many laughs!

It's a horrible taste of winter today. Cold, wet and snowy on nearby hills. At least I get to stay home and do some editing for work in the warm. In fact, in my jammie's! ![]()
It was 90 in D.C,. yesterday, Hep. Definitely not in the same hemisphere! Cozy sounds inviting, though!
I wonder how Addy's enjoying Up-front week?
I loved the weather this morning!

I did, too! Hubby was complaining about the recent heat spell last night, so when he came downstairs this morning I said, "Do yourself a favor and step outside for a minute." I didn't think he was going to come back inside!
Happy Hump Day Adults.
We are getting some weather here in LA LA Land for the next couple of days.
I hope Addy is surviving the Upfronts. I was in NY last year at this time, and I remember how crazy it was!
Got a crazy cough/cold from the weekend. Watch out, fog horn in the office next to you!

Cold here but very clear and sunny. C19 going back to college tomorrow. Her friends were over last night - up too late. Mrs Brd up at 4:50 and VERY GRUMPY!
Happy Humping Day!
Back to college? Is she taking summer courses? isn't this the time of year that kids return from college?

Well, summer school is necessary after rough Freshman year. Short on credits - 6 hours summer school - partially covered by her scholarship despite her problems.
First course is the 15 hours/week "shotgun" class. Second session ends July - so she will have a month at home.

Hey, Brd! Caught the Cubbies game yesterday. (Alas here and not in the Windy City) When will they complete the bleachers in Right? It'll be interesting to see what that new scoreboard screen does to the wind patterns in the Friendly Confines.
Today is mine and Boob's BWW Joiniversary!!! ![]()
