Is there an email address to contact the Shubert organization about a situation in one of their theaters? On their website I don't see a general email address, just a phone number and mailing address.

Thanks

I'm sure you could find an email address eventually, but why not send an old-fashioned, snail-mail, signed letter? That's unusual enough today that it may get more attention than an email. I say this as someone who's written many letters over the years, email and snail mail, about issues -- and sometimes compliments. Try to address the letter and the envelope to a specific person, or at least a department, and be sure to put your return address on the envelope. That helps ensure a mailroom that it's probably safe to open. If you really want to make sure it gets to someone in authority, send registered mail.

ljay889, I would just contact the office and direct your inquiry as no email is published.

If you could tell us a bit about the nature of the "situation," it would help direct you to the right person.

You can call. I've done that in the past.

I'm not one of those who will post a long diatribe complaining about a situation for attention. I prefer to keep it private.

Thank you to those who offered advice. I may mail a letter.
