According to the Wall Street Journal, Kurdish forces have a victory in Kobani.
"Kurdish forces are using momentum from the Kobani victory to continue pushing Islamic State militants out of nearly 400 villages surrounding the city…"
The end result of all this might be a unified and independent Kurdistan, which I personally think would be a good thing, although it seems like every Middle East expert disagrees with me.
I can't see it being any worse than any other situation we seen there for the past 100 years.
Of course, it would throw Turkey and Iran into turmoil, but, again, would that be any worse than where we are now?
