Workshop & Lunch with the Cast of A Christmas Story, the Musical.
Join the Ordway for this unique opportunity to learn choreography and meet cast members from the Ordway’s Production of A Christmas Story, the Musical!
On December 6, the Ordway will host a workshop taught by A Christmas Story, the Musical Dance Captian, Lisa Bartholomew Given, followed by lunch with additional cast members from the show! Lisa Bartholomew Given is a musical theater professional who has starred in several productions at the Ordway, 5th Avenue Theater in Seattle, and the Minnesota Opera. .
Participants will learn dance combinations from the show while building their dance repertoire and skill set. After the workshop students will have the opportunity to engage with the cast during lunch.
When: Saturday, December 6, 2014
Workshop 10am-12pm
Lunch with cast members 12pm-1pm
Where: Ordway Center – Drake Room
Who: Youth ages 12-18
Cost: $30 per participant

Please note: Participants will need jazz shoes. Previous musical theater experience recommended. Space is limited to 30 participants.
