Which should I attend: Circle in the Square 2-Year Musical Theatre program or CAP 21 2-Year Professional Musical Theatre Training Program?#1

I aim to be a musical theatre actress and would like to know which is better. I aim to attend one of the programs in a year or two.
I am guessing that the Circle in the Square program might be better. The CAP 21 program is very expensive, and I do not know whether it is worth it.
