My avatar is the incredible Edda Moser as The Queen of Night in Der Zauberflöte. Many consider her performance of Der Hölle Rache kocht in meinem Herzen to be the finest ever seen or heard. Here is the audio of her singing that song, which was included on the golden record on both Voyager spacecrafts. I personally consider it to be the finest performance of the finest piece of music ever written.
Apropos of nothing, wasn't Matthew Morrison engaged a while back and then cheated on his fiancee, thus ending the relationship? Bad times.
I wish him every success with his new marriage. I also hope he finds some success post-Glee; while he has probably made a fair amount of money out of the show, talk about a career killing move. I can't imagine what it must be like to actually PLAY Will Schuester, one of the dullest (and conversely least likeable) "main" characters on television; while part of that is undoubtedly Morrison's doing, the role can't have exactly turned out the way it must have been sold to him when the show started.
He was in a hit show for five years and probably never has to work again if he does not want to. Would he have been better off doing "Catch Me If You Can" or "Leap of Faith" on Broadway?
They're a beautiful couple. Much happiness to them.
Well, hey, here's his second chance, then. But, let's be honest, marriage is an outdated institution. Men aren't meant to be monogamous. I think we should restrict marriage to only lesbians.
I agree with thinking that he's gay. Yea i don't really think theres really anything special about Morrison in my opinion. He's a dull performer, and i don't think he's really that attractive either.
Sorry, Mrs. Matthew Morrison. Apparently, your marriage is a sham. Some queers on a theatre messageboard pretty much know for a fact that your new husband is gay. So, better luck next time...
