I have 2x Rock of Ages Tickets for the 14th November. These tickets have been listed on FanXchange for sale at a price of $260. They are Row BB Center Orchestra Seat 101-102 aisle. I'd like to sell these as soon as possible as have had a change of heart and do not wish to view this show anymore while in NY.
Please take a look on FanXchange to purchase these tickets.
I have looked on various websites and cannot find a single orchestra seat for $70 so I feel that may be a little low however I do appreciate your comment. Thanks
Since they are the 2nd row, I would try for $100 a ticket and see what happens. BTW - Saw the show in August and it is lots of fun. Broadway newcomer Carrie St. Louis steals the show IMO.
You did buy really good seats that are much better than the discounted ones available, but that also makes them hard to resell, since you need to find someone who wants really good seats, but is also willing to pay a lot more to move up a few rows, etc.
I wouldn't rebook another show until they sell, though. Worst case scenario, I'd just use them. It's a fun show, unless you are bailing on it specifically to see something else.
Really appreciate your comment and fully understand what you are saying. I think at this point in time thats also my view point. Your comments about the show are reassuring which makes me feel it would be a great show if it were to come to the worst case scenario.
I've been to the show 2-3 times on Broadway, and it was also playing on my last cruise ship, so while I'm not a rabid fan, I definitely have fun every time I've seen it. If your worst case scenario is seeing a campy hairmetal show, that's a pretty good place to be...
I suggested $70 because most people looking at resale tickets are doing so because they want cheaper tickets than they can get anywhere else. The show doesn't sell out, and there are lots of discounts available, so people aren't struggling to find good, decent priced tickets.
That being said, the show is pretty good. I have only seen the last west end production, but enjoyed it both times. It's not one I would recommend people, but it's definitely not a bad night out.
The other thing to mention is the theater is very small, believe about 600 seats. Due to this, there really is probably not a bad seat so getting top dollar for a seat even in the 2nd row may be a bit hard.

It is a fun show with hits of the 80's that rock. The band is really good and like I mentioned before Carrie St. Louis is excellent. Constantine will be gone in November but I am sure he will be replaced with someone who can handle the leading role. No, it is not a Broadway musical classic but you would be entertained and have a good time IMO.
I did have my doubts, unfortunately I'm not a regular theatre goer which is why I have opened these tickets up to the broadway world so thank you for your response.
Just wanted to let you know that the ticket price has now been dropped to $175.
I realise these tickets still may be considered high to some of you but this is the lowest I can go. Please if you know of anyone that wishes to view this show up close and personal that these are the tickets for them.
What ship did you see it on? I just got off of the NCL Breakaway and help the changeover to the new cast.
