This one is the most intriguing of the batch.

Also, Miss Saigon in 2015?

King Charles III is really good, it's essentially a future History play although I think they should wait until later in 2015 as the Spring has The Audience, Wolf Hall, Skylight and Fish in the Dark and I fear it would get lost.

Riedel thinks it will go into a Shubert theatre, the Booth or the Jacobs would be the best options if they do indeed open in the Spring.

Miss Saigon I imagine will be either late 2015 or early 2016, theatre wise I think the Winter Garden after Wolf Hall finishes its run or the Broadway.

Saw this earlier in the year at the Almeida. It was not only well written and politically savvy but thoughtful and full of heart (and not a little cynicism). I loved it.

Saw this last Tuesday and loved it. It's best to know ahead of time that it's written in the style of a Shakespearean history and to think of the people as characters. Tim Pigot-Smith as Charles is exceptional. The cast was uniformly excellent - the audience laughs more than I think is warranted by the script, but it is not a comedy. It addresses several serious questions about the role of monarchy today, in the past and in the future. But, even if you don't care at all about the role of monarchy, the play is a marvelous look at people trapped in their life positions and trying to get control of their lives and give those lives some meaning.
