Does anyone know what happened to User rumored to be doing Golden Boy?

Probably fell into scheduling limbo, as so many projects do - I'm guessing with the 2012 revival of the straight play it's unlikely the musical's going to happen any time soon. Probably had similar people involved behind the scenes.
