Aladdin Rush tix

I would like to thank everyone who have been responding to my posts about rush tix for the last 2 weeks. With your excellent advice I've seen 2 amazing shows on back to back Wed matinees. This week im going to try with Aladdin. I know they have a lottery rush for $30. Where are those seats usually ? Also do they have regular rush or standing room? Any help is greatly appreciated.

To my understanding the Aladdin lottery seats are not held, they're just whatever is left. They do not sell regular rush seats anymore. Not sure about SRO, but it's worth a shot to check the box office. I personally would reccomend getting the balcony "behind pipe" seats if you want guaranteed tickets. My view was perfect and didn't feel that far away from the action at all!

Anyone have any recent luck with these "behind pipe" seats? If so, could you provide which seat worked out well for you? I'm planning a January trip to NYC and would love to catch a good deal on a so-called "partial view" seat if the view is actually fine.
