Dear aspiring Singers, Actors and Dancers, age 14-20!

Come audition for the Amas Teen Musical Theatre Academy. Come work on your technique, study with top-Broadway professionals, and meet friends for life!

To register for an audition, go to http://amasmusical.org/registrationform.html. Auditions are Friday, Oct 3rd, 4-7PM and Sunday, Oct 5th, 12-6pm at 353 Studios, 353 W. 48th Street btw. 8th and 9th Aves. Don't wait to register as the audition slots fill up quickly!

The Rosetta LeNoire Musical Theatre Academy meets on Saturdays 9:45-4:30 for classes in singing, acting, and dance, as well as related professional performance classes. A presentation is held in January for parents and friends. In May of 2014, the Academy students perform a fully-produced Off-Off-Broadway musical.

30 students are selected on the basis of talent, potential and ability in the performing arts. Classes are conducted by established New York theatre professionals and offer the opportunity for students to develop their talents in a nurturing and supportive environment. In addition to scheduled classes, special guest artists meet and work with students.

The Academy has been featured in The New York Times, The Amsterdam News, The New York Post, and on NY1. The New York Times hailed the Academy production of Footloose as a "spirited revival…that displayed the triple-threat talents of a teenaged multicultural ensemble…"
