Cubby Berstein was created to promote Xanadu for the 2008 Tony Awards. Since that show is long gone, so is Cubby.

If by "the other guy" you mean Cubby's assistant, that was Paul Downs Colaizzo who is better known now as the playwright of Really Really which MCC produced Off-Broadway in 2013.

Cubby successfully battled Hodgkin's lymphoma, and after emerging victorious, realized that he was really a woman trapped in a child's body. He has since undergone a lengthy gender reassignment period and is working as a body double for Honey Boo Boo.
