I think it is "Stay With Me".

The more important thing about that article, to me, is that it says The new song Sondheim wrote has been edited out. Or has this already come up on the board?

^There is a thread that talks about that.

I'm wondering where Awards Daily got that photo. Maybe from the unreleased EW interview (where we got the new song cut info from). If it is, we may be getting more stills from the film.

I just think, for a still shot, that's an unfortunate position of her fingernail.

That's an unfortunate position for Rapunzel's nose.

So are we giving up on trying to keep all the ITW news and discussions in one thread?

I LOVE how ugly Meryl is in this photo. Her teeth and finger's are disgusting! Yay!

I also have a feeling she will be amazing during Stay With Me.

Just by seeing that picture, I think Streep will do an astounding job as the witch.

^^^ How do you know she will be amazing? Why do you have this feeling?

Coming from someone who has been to a screening of this, you using the word "amazing" without seeing her in it is so curious and strange to me. You will (probably) be quite disappointed setting such high expectations and making such grand assumptions. At least based on the screening I saw a month ago...

ETA: my response was to Showface, although it could also be applied to the poster above me. "Astounding" based on a still? Really?! Updated On: 8/14/14 at 01:07 PM

You saw the screening? How was it? Was Meryl not good?

Showface, headband is a troll and lies all the time. I'm sure it hasn't seen the screening.

The make-up artists did a very good job making the Witch ugly from the footage and pictures so far.

If you're already a Meryl fan, I am sure you will think she is "amazing" and "astounding." If you're unbiased and objective about it, I imagine you'll think Meryl is fine or serviceable, at best. That is my opinion of her performance at least.

Perhaps Wildcard and a few others who have also seen it can chime in. I just do not understand this idea of praising a performance with such verbose language without even seeing it. You cannot judge a performance on a 2-minute teaser and a few stills.

Please stop posting lies about the INTO THE WOODS film. Rapunzel doesn't die and Meryl's performance is not "astounding." You have not seen the movie, yet. You do not know what you're talking about.

One thing I don't like is that, you can see the line's of her prosthetic. You can even see where her "waddle" separates from her neck.
