The US tour of We Will Rock You includes some songs that are not included on the original London cast recording. There's a song called "Now I'm Here" which seems to replace "Play the Game" from the cast album and additional added songs including "You're My Best Friend" for Galileo and Scaramouche and a revised second act that cuts "One Vision," opens with "Flash" and moves "Who Wants to Live Forever" to a new spot after "Seven Seas of Rhye" instead of before it.

Does anyone know if these are all changes that were incorporated into the London production over the years or were these changes made specifically for the US tour?

Don't recall any of those from the few times I saw it in London. Interesting. I guess as the team is back together working on the sequal, they talked about changes they wished they'd made to the original.

We saw it in March or April and Flash was at the beginning of Act Two. I can't remember the rest, as I've tried to eliminate my memory of the show.

I saw it in London in 2012. From what I remember none of those songs you mentioned were in the London production.. I reckon they are making alterations for the Broadway run then.

I have seen the London version and the Australian version. From what I can remember in the Australian version Killer Queen sings Now I'm Here and not Play The Game. From what I understand some shows change things around to suit different countries.
