So with Glenn Close coming to Broadway soon, it got me wondering what she has been like at the stage door in the past. Correct me if i am wrong, but she hasen't actually been on Broadway since Sunset Blvd right? Does anybody remember stage dooring the show and can offer any stories of meeting Glenn? I know it's hard to tell what a person will do when it comes to doing stage door from one show to the next (Example: Vanessa Williams who always came out, except at Bountiful)- Especially with such a gap in time, But was still curious if anyone had meet her.

I never met her at a stage door, but at an after party she was more than happy to take pictures with anyone who asked. I didn't ask, but regret it now.

When she was on Broadway with Death and the Maiden I stage doored. Back then I was still collecting autographs but preferred pictures over that. She signed my autograph book but when I asked her if I could take a picture, she made a nasty face at me. So I didn't take one. I had seen Sunset in London with Patti, so when I was in NYC, I had no desire to see it again with Glenn.

I've only ever been around her in social situations and she's incredibly sweet. Just a real normal and down to earth woman.

"hasen't" --

WHAAAAT??? Since when did hasn't get replaced with hasen't? Since when do we add extra E's to a word when it gets the contraction "n't"?
Is nothing sacred, Merriam Webster?

This literally makes my head explode.
