I am sorry if this has been answered (I tried to search for it!). For today's lottery - the show starts at 3pm. I know they draw 90 minutes prior (1:30pm). Can you enter right up until 1;30pm? I am going to try for Hedwig first and am going to hit If/Then if not successful. Thanks!

Usually, yes. But they do have some awkward language about it: "Entries are accepted starting two hours prior to each performance (or 30 minutes prior before the drawing itself)"
