and possibly a Broadway engagement of DISGRACED? Is that still in the works at this point?
Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.
I'm very excited to see Holler if Ya Hear Me. Supposedly it's one of the best musical tributes in recent seasons, and I can see it being successful based off of how well Beautiful is doing as a Carole King Tribute. I don't know much about it at this point, but I'm seeing a lot of similarities with "In the Heights."

Maybe you should read the thread of people who have seen the show and know that nothing you've said is correct. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone say it's one of the best musical tributes...in any season. The similarities between HOLLER and HEIGHTS are zero.
"Pardon my prior Mcfee slip. I know how to spell her name. I just don't know how to type it." -Talulah
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
I was hoping that Charlie And The Chocolate Factory and The Bodyguard would transfer from The West End in the 2014-2015 season. Are they still both planned to eventually come?
Charlie won't likely transfer until late 2015/early 2016 due to Sam Mendes' availability, I'm sure Warner Bros will be looking for a theatre, it needs a big theatre so the Broadway, Lyric, St James and Palace are all possibilities.
