Programs at Steps on Broadway or Broadway Dance Center?

Hello!
I am considering my options for next year (2015-16) and I was looking at doing one of the professional training programs at either Steps or BDC. Ive taken classes at both places while on vacation in new york.I have been trained in dance all my life and my further goal would be to dance/act/sing on Broadway. I know that at either school I could take classes in acting and voice which would be very beneficial to me since I am not trained in those areas. I'll tell you what I like about the programs at both schools:

Steps Conservatory Program
- It's 2 years long, which would give me time to adjust to the city before trying to look for work (I live in the midWest). The length would also give me some time to grow up a little, as I am fairly young right now.
-It's in a safer location that I am more familiar with. I have stayed on the upper west side in New York before, though I am not sure I'd be able to actually live there due to the high apartment prices.
- There are discounted health services for conservatory students

BDC Professional Semester
-the classes at BDC have seemed more exciting than steps when I've been there
-there seem to be more theater professionals at BDC where as steps seems to be more focused on ballet and contemporary styles (this is just my impression after being there a few days)
-if I didn't get into the program my application would automatically roll over to the BDC training program, so I'd have a built in back up

So those are my thoughts, anyone want to offer their own?

Thanks!!
