I'm almost at the end of season two and man is this series just even more loaded with theater people this year.
*SPOILERS* At last check so far I've seen Annie Golden, Dale Soules, Tracee Chemo, Maria Dizzia, Uzo Aduba Stephen Boyer, and Kimiko Glenn have I missed anyone else?
^ Yeah. I've noticed that especially with the Law and Order series. And obviously Smash.
Jason Biggs also has some theater credits.
"I don't want the pretty lights to come and get me."-Homecoming 2005
"You can't pray away the gay."-Callie Torres on Grey's Anatomy.

Particularly loved seeing Kristen Sieh as Morello's sister in her flashback episode.
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.
Judith Roberts plays one of the older prisoners, as well. And Michael Chernus and Deborah Rush as Piper's brother and mother.
"You travel alone because other people are only there to remind you how much that hook hurts that we all bit down on. Wait for that one day we can bite free and get back out there in space where we belong, sail back over water, over skies, into space, the hook finally out of our mouths and we wander back out there in space spawning to other planets never to return hurrah to earth and we'll look back and can't even see these lives here anymore. Only the taste of blood to remind us we ever existed. The earth is small. We're gone. We're dead. We're safe."
-John Guare, Landscape of the Body
