My dad works at Cbs news and he had to interview Hugh jackman and got to watch the cast of cabaret rehearse for the tony awards so it's a fact they are performing

It is likely that if there was a rehearsal that they are performing, but that doesn't make it a fact until it has happened.

The Tony website says Alan will do a "performance from the revival of Cabaret," so not sure why this would be any sort of surprise.

Every new musical or musical revival that premiered this season and that is still running will be performing. Plus The Last Ship, Finding Neverland and Wicked. For a total of 14 performances.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

They should split screen between live and a tape of the first production so we can see if there were any changes...aside from Cummnings getting older.
