I have such a love/hate relationship with her. She has put out some of my favorite albums ever, but then she goes off on some new life adventure and just seems lost (I'm a priest! Now I'm a lesbian! Now I'm no longer a lesbian or a priest!).

So who knows how long this phase will last, but for now she looks glam-tastic.

I recently mentioned to an under-30-year-old friend that I was seeing her perform live in August and got the reaction "Who's Sinead O'Connor?"

Nothing has made me feel as middle-aged as that comment did.
