I am heartbroken that this gorgeous show closes this weekend.

I loved every moment. Absolutely loved every single moment of it.

I bet the vocals will be insane tomorrow since the cast doesn't have to conserve for more shows.

It *does* seem like the kind of show that could benefit from a more heavy metal sound.

^^^ The score is typically the thing that is praised and adored, though?!

Anyway, looks like tomorrow is pretty much sewn up as far as tickets: "There are no seats available for your selected dates and seating sections."

Very strong and emotional performance tonight. As expected, audience was very enthusiastic. Pasquale received mid song applause during "It All Fades Away." His vocals were especially powerful tonight.
O'Hara truly deserves a Tony for this. Such a stunning performance.
Cast was visibly touched during curtain call.
Beautiful show, I will miss it. Would be nice if it really tours.

I have seen all of the shows currently running with nominees for best actress in a musical in the past week, and HANDS DOWN. O'Hara gave the most thoughtful, compelling performance. She disappeared into the role. If she does not win for this it would be a crime. Pasquale should have been nominated beside her. It is an amazing show.

I was VERY unsure about seeing this, but made the decision to go this afternoon. Had a ticket for the last row of the mezz. It's pretty far back for such an intimate show, but man, the impact is not lost.

This show blew me away, mainly the second act. Any of the duets between Kelli and Stephen sent chills down my spine, even making me gasp at times. What was awesome was seeing everyone on the edge of their seats, leaving forward at these same moments. You were pulled in so much by the emotion, it's crazy. Definitely sad to see this one go. Wish it was given more attention like it has gotten since the closing notice came out, then it probably would have done better.

Maybe it all fades away from the Schoenfeld stage today, but Steven Pasquale's powerful performance of that song and everything else about that show will remain with me.

Thinking of them all right now...

It's sure to be an emotional afternoon for the cast, crew and everyone involved in this beautiful, beautiful show.

So grateful to have seen it. It will stay with me in a way few shows do.

So heartsick about today that I logged on here for the first time in seven or eight years. Wish I could be there in the theatre right now, but at the same time, all that emotion... might be too much. What a magical and beautiful show. If you went, please report back!

I'm on my phone right now so I won't write much, but no words can describe the emotions that poured off that stage today, or from the audience back at them.

Kelli and Steven sounded GLORIOUS. Two standing ovations mid show. Several moments where Kelli was so overcome with emotion that she couldn't finish singing several words.

Truly a remarkable and memorable experience I will never forget.

I absolutely adored this show, and I wish I could have been at the final performance, but mid show standing ovations are a bit much. This isn't Patti LuPone performing "Rose's Turn" for the final time. Even when it happened during Gypsy, people were annoyed.

How was "Almost Real"? That was the highlight for me when I saw it, and the place where the staging was the most focused and illuminating. To me, O'Hara's finest hour.

I do not think there has ever been as much universal sadness for a show closing prematurely as there has been for Bridges.

When I saw the show last weekend, I left the theatre hoping Kelli's performance would be recognized Tony night.

I was there at the final as well and it was just amazing. I was very emotional throughout the second act and just lost it during "It All Fades Away." Steven's performance is one of the best leading male performances I've seen since Daniel Breaker's turn in Passing Strange. His standing ovation after the song was well-earned; a nice way to say thank you and give a big fvck you to the Tony nominating committee too! I think he really felt the love from the audience today.

Cass Morgan deserves a lot of praise too for doing truly splendid supporting work. It's hard to make a nosy neighbor character like that be so touching and caring as well as funny.

Kelli gave a nice speech after the curtain call. The cast recording is a delight for sure, but nothing sets the spine a-tingle quite like hearing her sing those melody lines live. Every word was phrased perfectly. Even when she's listing off the cities in the opening number it just kills me how she tones each word...This Albany, Buffalo, Cleveland, South Bend...brilliance!

I will miss this show so much and it will forever bring wonderful memories to mind whenever I hear the recording. Thanks to all involved for putting on such a special, special show.

Marie: Don't be in such a hurry about that pretty little chippy in Frisco. Tony: Eh, she's a no chip!

I was at the finale and yes, it was truly wonderful.

This had not been a show I originally looked forward to seeing at the first preview, but quickly became one of my favorite shows this season. The score is glorious and as whizzer mentioned it really shines performed live. "One Second a Million Miles" was incredible today.

Steve Pasquale gave one of the best performances of the season and today was no different. His chemistry with Kelli is palpable.

And Kelli, who was truly wonderful today seems to give me something new each performance to love.

One thing that continues to stand out to me about this show is how wonderful the lighting is. The natural sunsets and sunrise are simply glorious.

Kelli's speech at the end was classy and endearing. I hope a few Tony voters were in attendance. A beautiful way to end a beautiful show. I hope it finds a second life somewhere, but thank god we have the recording.

Thank you, Whizzer and dave, for sharing today with us.

If this show had to close, I'm glad it did so surrounded by love and appreciation.

I don't understand the Tony Nominating Committee passing over Steven Pasquale or the show for Best Musical. I will just never understand.

My hope is that Kelli is triumphant on Tony night. I am rooting for her with my whole heart.

The show is deserving of all four wins. The lighting and orchestrations were sensational.

I hope that the tour will really come to fruition. Would love another chance to see the show live.

But, it will never be with the Broadway cast, and since the role was created for Kelli, I'm not interested in the tour. The cast made it what it was. Yeah, it's deserving of all four Tonys.
