It definitely has the worst score ever.

It's a Love Story

Shouldn't that be "It's a Story About A Break Up, WITH SONGS!'

Or more accurately "WITH SONG" since she's basically written over 40 versions of the same thing.

A musical using the music of Taylor Swift...I think I'll pass.

Is this even legal? Wouldn't they need her (or whoever owns the rights to the songs) permission to use them in an original musical?

Wow--those are *college* students in that video? Not high school??

I guess all you Glee fans are used to seeing 30 year old high school kids. Let's not be so mean, these are just regular college kids having fun, and I can identify with them back in my day. They will go on to become theatre fans like myself, and maybe even post on this board every once in a while.

Oh I was not referring to the students at all. I didn't even watch the clip.

I was referring to the fact that its a jukebox musical of Taylor Swift song(s).

I would rather subject myself to 3 hours of After Eight's insanely obnoxious ramblings than sit through a show made up of Swift's song(s).

It's just the latest iteration in this horrible trend of geeky high school kids doing a Youtube video asking some supermodel to go to the prom with them. Taylor should use this "life experience" to write a song about the importance of being able to live your life without the affirmation of some random celebrity you don't know.

I am not a connoisseur of Taylor Swift's music but that YouTube clip was charming. Reminds one of being young again...

So, you enjoyed making the video?

So is this a High School just called a college? I just was surprised, because I expected a college drama department level... well cast, at any rate.
