Did anyone see her debut last night? How was she?

Apparently she didn't fly, which kind of sucks. But from all accounts, it seems like she did a great job.

Here's where she tweeted that it was a no-fly show: https://twitter.com/EmmaHunton/status/459164830021464064

I am very interested to know hear how she was too, although it's always hard to judge by a performer's first night in the show- but it does give us a idea of what to expect down the line.

Here's her "Defying Gravity". It was her 4th performance in the role.

She sounds great for so early in her run. I love how she's choosing to sing it mostly straight, avoiding useless riffs. Almost reminds of Mandy Gonzalez.

Apparently last night was a no fly show too.

I am so excited that she's playing Elphaba as she has a powerhouse voice but more importantly is a really strong actress. I think she has the right mix of strength and vulnerability to really excel in this role.
