The Public does have their own website. Maybe you should send your love letter to them.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
There aren't enough people HERE to say it to make it worthy. WRITE TO THEM.

This thread will serve as a launching pad for After Eight to pontificate about Fun Home ad nauseum way more than it will reach anyone at the Public.
Not to mention, I doubt they need more than critical acclaim, sold out shows, and a Pulitzer short list to tip them off to this. If they did, there were voluminous discussions of it in the past already.
I think we should all dress up like Hulks, gather in front of some producer's house, and chant the subject line of this thread.
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”
~ Muhammad Ali
I saw it at the Public. Great show. But, I don't think it's "big" enough for B'way. It could have a longer run off-B'way. It doesn't have to be in a big house to be a great show or a hit. Example, "Souvenir" - it would have had a much longer run if it was off-B'way. Just my thoughts.
