There is a video profile in this morning's Times of Neil Patrick Harris. He states that as a child he loved movie musicals, especially "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas". They show a scene from the film, "20 Fans" I think, but the soundtrack is a song I have never heard. Its clearly Dolly singing a song about the "Chick-Chick-Chicken Ranch". I'm guessing the Times could not afford to use tha actual song from the film, but is this a cut number from the movie? A Dolly penned alternative to "20 Fans"?

You can find it about 15 seconds in:

Per Wikipedia: "Parton wrote several additional new songs for the film which were ultimately not used, including 'Down At The Chicken Ranch.'" Updated On: 2/19/14 at 12:16 PM

That song was definitely played in the trailer, and I think that's where that particular clip is from.
