Trying to get tickets to see this show this weekend; how early do you think I should show up to get on the cancellation list for a 3:00 performance?

11am. I got there at 4pm for the 8pm show on Sunday (6pm rush sales) and was waaaaay too late. Now my only hope is that it transfers.

Yes. I think even if places have lines outside they are bringing them in. BOM is doing the standing room line in the lobby today.

Just a heads up, they've pulled all rush tickets for the rest of the run. Last night, the fire alarms went off during a performance, and in order to accommodate exchanges, the've had to cancel the rush.

This is from their Facebook page:
"To accommodate exchanges following a performance canceled due to emergency, there are no rush seats available for the remainder of performances of FUN HOME through January 12. For information on refunds and exchanges for those in attendance last night, please call (212) 967-7555 or call your Member Hotline."

If anyone who has seen the show is interested, I've written a piece about how Fun Home has theatricalized conventions from graphic storytelling (and also just about the show in general). Love this musical, and I am bummed that there won't be any more rush seats!
