It still could! But I'd imagine Lincoln center could just transfer it upstairs? I mean, that space is way too large for it, probably, but they put Anne there, so why not?

Topol came on board at the very last minute to replace Joey Pants who dropped out with apparently little notice. In a sea of so-so, lukewarm reviews, the one consistent was how good Topol was. It really sucks that it appears he's not being given the chance to transfer with the show to Broadway. And it's not even to bring aboard a big name which Scolari certainly is not.

^ because its an in the round production. thats why, i feel like they will transfer it next season and just give it a long extension this season.

They could re-stage it. They did so with Vanya, etc. Has happened before, or put on-stage seats, etc.

It could still happen. And if it gets good reviews, etc, I'm sure it will.

And it's interesting they're going to try again for this whole sports-meets-Broadway thing.

yeah very disappointed to see Topol wont be continuing on, he was FANTASTIC, but considering he came on at the last minute he probably had a commitment that kept him from continuing on with it to broadway.
