Carrie comes to Chicago

“Carrie,” one of Broadway's most infamous flops, is making its first appearance in Chicago. The campy musical, recently revived off-Broadway where it flopped again, will be the summer production of Bailiwick Chicago at the Richard Christiansen Theatre at the Biograph Theatre.

Carrie and Dessa Rose! Very excited about these. The "new" Bailiwick staged a stunning production of Violet a couple of years ago. I was glad to see the new staff was able to reverse the reputation of the company. I was surprised they could keep the company afloat without changing the name completely.
