You have a phenomenal collection! I hope you don't have to sell. However, if you do so, here is some info that I hope may help you.
On eBay, you can search completed listings by typing in an item to search, and then on the left side of the screen, under "Show Only," select "completed listings." By going so, you will be able to see the prices items have gone for, or failed to go for, in the past.
For example, I discovered that the 10th anniversary Playbill for "The Phantom of the Opera" sold recently for $44, while the one for the record-breaking performance sold for $50. Since you have the masks and emblem stickers, I'd expect you can charge more than that. Also, someone listed a "Cats" opening night Playbill for $129, but it failed to sell. So, though I'm not an expert by any means, here is what I'd estimate…
Phantom: consider listing together for $200 starting price, or apart for $40-50
Cats: probably should list together, for $50
Chicago: surprisingly, an opening night one for $12 failed to sell. But a 10th anniversary one sold for $20, so I’d put them together for about $30.
Les Mis: keep separate. The 10th anniversary one recently sold for $65, and the closing (which has a beautiful cover, I just discovered!) only $20 when paired with another signed by the whole cast.
A Chorus Line: haven’t sold well, so probably about $15 each
Rent: consider listing together with a starting price of about $100 (an opening night one sold for $45, but a closing night one failed—twice!—to get any bids starting at $5)
Mamma Mia: no more than $15 (most recent one sold for less than $7 in an auction), so $10 by-it-now would probably be good
Wicked: don’t sell (really- it will be much more difficult since it’s personalized)
Hairspray: $25-30

Playbills I couldn’t find any info on so I’m not speculating: Lion king Beauty and the Beast Miss Saigon Avenue Q ---- Okay, I feel my insomnia wearing off so that’s all I can do tonight. As the time approaches when you decide to sell though, I would recommend checking the completed listings prices again. I hope that it helps some!!

**Just throwing in an extra item... my friend gave me a postcard of Aerosmith signed by Steven Tyler and Joe Perry. Just curious on that one too.**
I sell on eBay for local theater folks. My merchandise is mostly original cast albums and those are hit and miss. The Playbills are easier to sell. I price high at first and go down from there.
loliveve did some great research for you!
eBay gives 50 free listings a month and that helps. You can also start your price at $1 and have a reserve price, so there's no sale if bidding doesn't meet your reserve. You can start with auctions for a few rounds and then switch to Buy It Now because some buyers don't want to wait for an auction to end.

I apologize for any confusion. I am just listing my collection to see if anyone has an idea of what these things are worth. I'm really bad at guessing for stuff like this. Again sorry for any confusion. -Alek
I have 134 items up. Posters, playbills, CDs, tapes, photos, index cards...tons of great things for holiday gifts including signatures of some folks who are no longer around!
