One-night "Audition Psych. 101" workshop

Audition Psych. 101 is a one-night workshop that's all about the mental side of the audition process -- offering techniques for managing nerves and anxieties and taking a closer look at all the crazy stuff that goes on in our heads when we approach the audition process.

Taught by working TV and stage actor Michael Kostroff (HBO's "The Wire," Disney's "Sonny with a Chance," Broadway's "The Nance," national tours of "The Producers" and "Les Miserables"), it's a fun, funny and illuminating four hours. Actors all over the country have said it's changed their approach to auditioning.

The next workshop is on Sunday, June 30th from 6pm to 10pm. The fee is pay-what-you-can (suggested: $45).
